My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was convenient right off the highway, the room cleanliness was a major issue with musty air, visible dirt, stains, and even a dead roach. This was definitely not up to the standard I expected from a Best Western Plus.

My stay at Best Western Plus had its highs and lows. The room was spacious and comfy with all the needed amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, but unfortunately, there were hair and stains all over, the floors were dirty with peanuts and dust, and even a dead Roach in the window obstructing the view. It was the worst Best Western Plus I've encountered.
